Project managers create a work order for each scope of work and assign crews and technicians directly, by skill and tier. Each technician confirms the assignment before work begins.

Yes. Nexus supports milestone-based billing, invoice approval, and payment tracking, with W-9 collection and 1099 tax handling built in.
